That's  Sergeant Jim Morgan, VCSO, who has been doing this kind of shopping for needy kids the past 17 years.  He still gets goose pimples feeling good about collecting
toys for the kids.

On October 22, 2005 at approximately 10:44pm, a 1989 Ford Bronco, driven by Brandon Lane Crotts, 28, of Walker Mill Road, Sophia North Carolina was traveling south in the 5800 block of U.S. 1. For reasons yet to be determined, Crotts’ vehicle swerved to the right and struck several motorcycles which were parked in front of the Last Resort Bar. The impact caused Crotts’ Bronco to roll over landing on its roof just south of the Last Resort Bar. ....
